| General Overview of Experience | Overall a very positive experience. The interview experience at FedEx stressful, but actually enjoyable at the same time. It was much warmer and welcoming than the Delta interview process. That’s not to say that Delta was bad, just that it was definitely different. Everyone was friendly and all knew the process was very stressful on you. They all tried to put you as much at ease as you could be. The SBI was still tough even though I did interview prep, so I recommend taking some courses. The least it will do is give you more confidence going into the interview. |
